Your question is whether or not the office of coroner is incompatible with the appointive office of Director (Board of Directors) of the Allen County Emergency Ambulance Service District You don't think they are incompatible. See KRS 108.100.

We agree there is no constitutional nor statutory incompatibility. See § 165, Kentucky Constitution, and KRS 61.080. A board member is neither a city nor county office. The district is a separate taxing district under § 157, Constitution. It is a hybrid.

City of Louisville M.H. Com'n v. Public Housing Admin., Ky., 261 S.W.2d 286 (1953).

We see no practical nor common law incompatibility on the face of it. See
