A curious Twitter coincidence.

The Kentucky Open Government Coalition's tweet answering the question whether public officials' communications about public business conducted on privately owned devices or personal email accounts are accessible to the public followed by a nearly identical Tweet by the New Mexico Foundation for Open Government.

The answer is "yes."

The law is settled. Only misinterpretation persists.
