The Kentucky Attorney General issued the following open records decisions last week:


 

1. 25-ORD-105 (In re: Angele Maley/Oldham County Police Department)

Summary: The Oldham County Police Department 

did not violate the Open Records Act when it denied a request that did not state how the requester qualified as a resident of the

Commonwealth of Kentucky.

2. 25-ORD-106 (In re: Cincinnati Enquirer/City of Covington)


 

Summary: The City of Covington did not violate the Open Records Act when it denied inspection of employee performance evaluations under KRS 61.878(1)(a).

3. 25-ORD-107 (In re: Kurt Wallace/Prosecutors Advisory Council)


 

Summary: The Prosecutors Advisory Council violated

the Open Records Act when it did not respond to a request to inspect records within five business days of receipt or otherwise notify

the requester of the proper email address to submit his requests.
